What We Believe... Life is too short to be spent digging through paperwork. The majority of our clients are first and foremost parents. Many have home offices, and after working hard out in the field, the last thing they want to do when they get home is work some more. Our mission is to harness available cloud technologies to help grow successful businesses while limiting time away from family. We want to free you up from the administrative tasks that keep you from doing what you love. Imagine: instead of wrestling with mountains of paperwork when you get home, you can wrestle with your kids!
We're doing it too!
Family is our number-one priority. We love being able to stay at home and be with our children. It's priceless! In order to accomplish this as well as fulfill promises to our clients, Book-Sync is set up entirely on the cloud. Because flexibility and accessibility are so important to us, we use QuickBooks Online (QBO) to manage our firms' books and only accept clients who use QBO (or are interested in making the switch). All of our tasks are coordinated using this program and other software applications that sync throughout our whole team. We are all collaborating in different locations on different schedules to make sure we don't miss a thing: client tasks or precious time with our little ones!
Savanna Rucker, Founder
Full-time housewife and mother of four, Savanna Rucker of Mesa, AZ has kept several small businesses organized in various administrative roles since 2007. She was introduced to QuickBooks Online as a mobile invoicing solution for one of her employers and fell head over heels. She has since become a Certified Bookkeeper, a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, and a member of the AIPB. Simultaneously fulfilling her desire to work from home and fueling her passion for helping small businesses grow, bookkeeping has been the perfect fit for her and her family.
When she's not busy making life easier for her clients, Savanna loves to spend time in the mountains, run through sprinklers with her kids, and [try to] win city-league volleyball championships with her girlfriends.
